Specifies the toolbar background color.

This color is used for background of:

•the border around the toolbar (see BorderWidth)

•area between the buttons (see Spacer)

•hint area (see HintHeight)

•tool buttons (if the button is in a normal state, i.e. not highlighted, pressed or disabled).

Default value:

clWhite
