Disallows loading pictures from RTF.

Set it to True to import RTF without pictures.

TRichView supports RTF pictures in the following formats:

▪Windows Bitmaps (DIB and DDB), loaded as TBitmap;

▪Metafiles, loaded as TMetafile or as TBitmap (see ExtractMetafileBitmaps property);

▪Enhanced Metafiles, loaded as TMetafile,

▪JPEG (D3+), loaded as TJpegImage,

▪PNG, see RV_RegisterPngGraphic procedure.
