TRVTableItemInfo.SetCellBorderColor

Assigns Value to Cells[Row, Col].BorderColor, as an editing operation.

procedure SetCellBorderColor(Value: TColor; Row,Col: Integer);

(introduced in version 1.6)

Unlike direct assignment to Cells[Row, Col].BorderColor property, this method can be undone/redone, if it was called for table inserted in TRichViewEdit (after insertion).
